Marshmallow Whipped Cream

To know me is to know that I will never turn down a marshmallow. This fluffy frosting is a vanilla dream come true and it couldn't be easier or faster.



2 cups [466g] heavy cream

1 small container or about one cup [198g] of marshmallow fluff

1 teaspoon vanilla extract



Using a hand or standing mixer, mix together the fluff, cream, and vanilla on low speed until they start to come together.


Increase speed to medium and whip for a few minutes until you have stiff peaks.
