1 1/4 cups [185 grams] dark chocolate, melted and cooled

2 sticks + 6 tablespoons butter, room temperature

3 1/4 cups [470 grams] powdered sugar

2 tablespoons cocoa powder

1/2 teaspoon espresso powder, optional

Pinch of salt

Beat everything together until fluffy and light.
