When I heard that today was National Espresso Martini Day I knew exactly what I had to do- make the most deliciously decadent espresso martini to ever grace my tastebuds. Enter: Skrewball Peanut Butter Whiskey. Paired with Mr. Black Coffee Liqueur and freshly brewed espresso, this smooth, creamy, buttery concoction will have you buzzing in no time.
In a cocktail shaker
1 1/2 oz Skrewball Peanut Butter Whiskey
1/2 oz Mr. Black Coffee Liqueur (or Kahlúa if you love it- I sure do!)
1 1/2 oz freshly brewed espresso
Add the ingredients into a cocktail shaker and shake vigorously with plenty of ice. We want to make sure the espresso is fully chilled and get a good froth going.
Strain the cocktail into a chilled coupe glass. Once the crema forms, top with 3 espresso beans for good luck.
Pair with a couple of peanut butter + jelly swirled meringues and enjoy your boozy buzz.
