Pink Negroni

You’ve heard of a Negroni, you’ve heard of a White Negroni, you’ve heard of a Negroni Spagliato, now let’s make a Pink Negroni! This simple cocktail is made with Suze, a delicious Gentian liquor, your favorite gin, and Lillet Rosé for that blushy pink hue. The result is a bright, floral, citrusy cocktail perfect for sipping in the south of France whilst wearing your biggest straw hat.

In a mixing glass

1 1/2 oz Gin

1 oz Lillet Rosé

1/2 oz Suze

Add all ingredients to the mixing glass. Stir vigorously with plenty of ice to ensure proper dilution and a nice chill.

Strain into a chilled coupe or into a rocks glass with fresh ice. Choose your own adventure here.
